Recipe says this serves 4, but it may serve more
Ingredients:
- 6 T. butter
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 T. grated orange zest
- 1-1/2 lbs. broccoli, cut into relatively small pieces, steamed to just tender
Melt butter in a sauce pan, add shallots, saute until soft, add orange juice and zest and boil until reduced by half.
Steam the broccoli until it is just tender but still perfectly green.
When done, mix with the orange sauce, plate and serve.
