This recipe is included here with special regards to Captain Rick Saber, who loved this dish so much that he occasionally called to urge Ralph to make this pasta again for him. It is outrageously rich.
"Grater"

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 1 lb. of tagliarini or similar pasta
- 16 strips of bacon cut in 1/4" pieces
- 2 eggs plus 2 egg yolks
- 4 T. soft butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Beet the eggs and add to half of the grated cheese.
- Fry the cut up bacon until it is crisp, drain off the fat, and add the cream to the skillet. Have the butter ready.
- Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
- Drain it and add to the pasta the butter, eegs and cheese, then the bacon and cream. Heap the pasta on a warmed serving platter and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.
You can also sprinkle a little chopped parsley over this.
