Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 T. grated fresh ginger 1 T. sesame oil 1 lb. whole pork tenderloin 1/4 cup honey 2 T brown sugar 4 T sesame seeds
Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Place tenderloin in a heavy plastic bad, pour the soy mix over to coat. Marinate the tenderloin 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the frig. Remove pork from marinade, and pat dry.
Mix honey and brown sugar in a shallow plate. Place sesame seed on a separate shallow plate. Roll pork well in the honey mix and then roll in sesame seed.
Roast the tenderloin in a shallow pain at 375 for 20 - 30 minutes, until meat thermometer, inserted, registers 160. Remove to a serving platter, slice thinly to serve.
